A graduate of Concordia School of business, with a major in finance, I have developed the skills and the acumen of financial analysis, and by definition, I have developed a predisposition for details – mandatory skills for the real estate industry, as well as, the investment industry. Navigating the current real estate market, with its current inherent complexity and diversity of options, requires a solid understanding of not only the markets, of finance and mortgage financing, but as crucially, real estate industry laws which will impact every real estate transaction – all facets for which I have acquired a solid understanding and an ability to master. Communication is also a key proficiency, be it Mandarin, Cantonese, English, or French, let’s talk! Finally, with years of retail exposure, I love working with customers, thereby ensuring that their journey is a happy one, because a satisfied customer, is a buying customer.
