9) At the signing of the lease, the Lessee shall make a payment of the first month’s lease with the security deposit equivalent to one month’s lease to "Londono Realty Group Inc in Trust".Following the occupancy, the sum for the first month’s rent received shall be disbursed to the Lessor. The security deposit shall remain in trust until the end of the lease and shall be given back to the Lessee upon satisfactory inspection of the property by the Lessor and Lessee at the end of the lease.
